I just ordered a record, when is it going to be here?
We aim to post orders placed before 14:30 the same day, anything after that will go out the next day at the latest. Obviously if you order Saturday evening, or all day Sunday it won't be posted till Monday. All orders are sent first class, so you'll have it in your hands soon enough.
I live in Manchester, can I pay online but collect the records instead of paying for postage?
No problem, just enter the code PICKUP at the checkout and we'll put the records to one side for you to pick up later.
Can I buy vegan food/drinks from you online?
We currently have no plans to sell food or drink items online, although this may be subject to change. Come down to the store and pick bits up from us there!

Nope. That sort of nonsense is not welcome, you make us or any customers feel angry or uncomfortable and we'll have to ask you to leave.
Can you hold records for me?
We get a lot of people asking us to hold records, now for a small store that has only just opened we rely on a quick turnover of records (so that we can hopefully keep prices as reasonable as possible!) and so it's a risk for us to hold stuff if you turn round and tell us you don't want it a couple of weeks later. It also means we don't have the free capital to invest in buying more records to stock the shop with. We're down with you ordering using the code PICKUP and avoiding p&p if you want to pick the records up later though. Cheers.
